About Onvoyo
Built for the moves in between.
Sending a few boxes overseas has always meant choosing between a moving company that won't take the job, a post office line with a customs form you're not sure how to fill in, or an express counter with a price you only learn at the end. Onvoyo puts the whole thing online.
How it works
You see the full price before you share a detail. After you pay, your contents list becomes the customs invoice, built with your destination's rules. You sign it once on screen and we print your signature on every copy. Global express carriers collect from your door, clear the boxes through their licensed customs brokerage, and track every box to delivery.
What we believe
- The price is the price. Pickup, express delivery, fuel and paperwork are in it. We tell you plainly that duties are set by the destination and paid on arrival.
- Customs shouldn't be a guessing game. Every destination guide says what's allowed, what's not, and where the rules come from.
- Box size is money. Carriers bill on size or weight, whichever is more. We show you both so you never pay to ship air.
Our customs guides
Every one of our 39 country guides is researched from official sources: customs agencies, tax authorities, and health and agriculture ministries. Each guide lists its sources and the date it was last checked. Rules change, and customs in each country makes the final decision, so our guides are general information, not legal advice.
For movers
We built two programs for moving companies. Small Moves earns your company, or your coordinators, gift-card rewards for the jobs too small for a container. Send-Ahead gets your customer's essentials there before the main shipment. Become a partner.
