Privacy policy
This policy explains what [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Onvoyo”, “we”) collects when you use onvoyo.com, why, and the choices you have.
What we collect
- Booking details: sender and receiver names, addresses, phone numbers and email, box sizes and weights, pickup preferences.
- Customs details: your contents list and values, and where a destination requires it, the receiver's tax or identity number.
- Payment: processed by Stripe. We receive confirmation and the last four digits of your card; we never see or store your full card number.
- Photos you choose to upload to our inventory tool, used only to build your contents list.
- Usage data: basic logs and a session cookie that keeps your booking in progress.
How we use it
- To price, book, pick up and deliver your shipment, and to prepare and file customs documents.
- To send you labels, updates and receipts, and to answer your questions.
- To prevent fraud and meet legal obligations, including export and customs record-keeping.
We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
Only what's needed to deliver your shipment: the express carrier and its customs brokers, the customs authorities of the origin and destination countries, our payment processor, and service providers that host our systems under contract.
How long we keep it
Booking and customs records are kept for [RETENTION PERIOD, e.g. 5 years] to meet export record-keeping rules; other data is deleted when no longer needed.
Your choices
You can ask for a copy of your information, or ask us to correct or delete it where the law allows, by emailing hello@onvoyo.com. Residents of California and other states with privacy laws have the rights those laws provide.
