Get your price
Choose the destination, how many boxes, their size and weight. The price you see is all-in: pickup, express delivery, fuel and paperwork. You're billed on each box's weight or size, whichever is greater, and we show you which.
Tip: Weigh each packed box on a bathroom scale: weigh yourself holding it, then subtract your weight.

Tell us who and where
Your pickup address, the delivery address abroad, and a pickup day that suits you. Some countries need the receiver's tax ID to clear customs; we'll ask for it after you pay, and only when yours does.
Tip: Give the receiver's phone number. Couriers call ahead abroad, and a missed call is the most common delay.

Pay, then tell customs what's inside
Pay securely by card. Then photograph what you're packing and Onvoyo Vision (patent pending) identifies each item, estimates a fair second-hand value, suggests its tariff code and flags anything your destination restricts. Prefer typing? Group items by type with a value for each: "12 used cotton t-shirts, $4 each". You review every line, sign once on screen, and we turn it into the commercial invoice customs needs.
Tip: Lay items out on a floor or bed in good light, one pile per photo. Declare today's second-hand value, not what you paid.

Print and tape
Your labels and customs invoice are ready the moment you sign, in one PDF to print. Your signature and the date are already on all three copies of the invoice. Tape one label to each box and put the invoices in a pouch on box 1.
Tip: No printer? Most libraries and shipping stores print for a few cents.

Hand over at your door
The courier collects on the day you chose. Every box has its own tracking number, and the receiver pays any duties or taxes on delivery.
Tip: Stay reachable on pickup day. If you'll be out, choose "Where to collect" and leave clear instructions.

We'll take it. 1 to 10 boxes, each up to 70 lb, collected from your door, with one fixed price shown before you book.
