Terms of service

These terms are an agreement between you and [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“Onvoyo”). By booking a shipment you accept them.

1. What we do

Onvoyo arranges door-to-door international transport of your boxes with third-party express carriers, and prepares customs documents from the information you provide. Transport is also subject to the carrier's conditions of carriage, which include limits on liability.

2. Your price

The price shown at checkout covers pickup, transport, fuel surcharges and document preparation for the boxes, sizes and weights you entered. If the carrier measures a box as heavier or larger than declared, we may charge the difference, and we will show you the carrier's measurement.

Duties, taxes and customs fees are not included. They are set by the destination country and are paid by the receiver on delivery. If the receiver refuses them, return or disposal costs are your responsibility.

3. Your responsibilities

  • Describe and value your contents truthfully and completely. You are the exporter of record.
  • Never pack items listed as not allowed in our FAQ or the destination guide, or anything illegal to export or import.
  • Pack securely in sturdy boxes, attach the labels we provide, and have boxes ready in your pickup window.
  • Give correct addresses and a reachable phone number for the receiver.

4. Customs

Customs authorities may inspect, delay, tax, return or seize any shipment. Onvoyo is not a customs broker and cannot guarantee clearance. Our destination guides are general information, not legal advice.

5. Loss or damage

6. Changes and cancellations
