Rewards are gift cards, sent monthly. Referred means the shipping price of paid, completed bookings made with your link or code, counted in the month of pickup. Each person gets the highest level reached, not the sum. We need a W-9 once someone's rewards pass $1,500 in a calendar year; rewards above that are held until we have it. The company chooses who earns, and changes start on the 1st of the next month.
